This tutorial is
gonna show you how to recover from a semi-brick without the use of
pandora. This Flasher will only give you 3.71 M33. Semi-Brick's is when
you can still get into recovery menu by holding the R trigger, and this will only work for semi-bricks. This is gonna be short and easy.

1. Download Hellcat's Recovery Flasher(download at bottom)

2. Once downloaded, find the file and right click on it, then click "Extract to Hellcat's Recovery Flasher/"

3. Go into the "Hellcat's Recovery Flasher" and copy
the "RECOVERY" folder and paste it in the "GAME" folder of the
PSP.(Keep recovery folder open)

4. Now download the 3.71 EBOOT(download at bottom)

5. Once downloaded, find file and right click, and go to option "Extract to 3.71 EBOOT/"

6. Go into the "3.71 EBOOT" folder

7. Copy the EBOOT, paste it to the "RECOVERY" Folder

8. Now disconnect the PSP from "Toggle USB"

9. And press "Run Program PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP"

10. It should restart and if does just do step 9 again.

All Thanks to:
Hellcat for this release

Download: 3.71 EBOOT
